

RICARDO PARDO-GARCIA
Ricardo Pardo-Garcia, MD, MSc is a Consultant Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon and Research Lead at Royal Bolton Hospital in the UK.
Previously he was the Clinical Lead of the Breast Unit at Ciudad Real University Hospital (1994-2017) and Fundación Jimenez Diaz University Hospital in Madrid (2017-2020).
He completed his General Surgery training at “12 de Octubre Hospital” in Madrid and has an MSc degree from the Complutense University in Madrid in “Health Systems Organization” and an MSc degree from Univerity College London in “Clinical Risk Management”.
Dr. Pardo-Garcia is the past president of the Spanish and Portuguese Society of Breast Surgeons (AEPCIMA) and an actual Member of the Board, He is also a Member of the Board of the Multidisciplinary Spanish Society of Breast (SESPM).
He received his oncoplastic training in Spain, Cambridge, Milan, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre in New York and Nottingham. He coordinated and has been the faculty of multiple oncoplastic training courses in Spain from 2010 to 2020.
His current research interest is mainly oncoplastic surgery with special dedication to chest wall perforator flaps and PROMS.
